St Matthew's Lutheran Church Woy Woy is a Christian congregation serving the Woy Woy community. We are seeking, engaging and encouraging others through a life-changing Christian journey.

St Matthew's Lutheran Church seeks to be a loving, friendly community that worships God and serves others. We place a high priority on teaching from the Bible and following the example of Jesus.

Our vision is to impact and renew Woy Woy, New South Wales and beyond with the transforming message of Jesus Christ through words and actions. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are – we'd love to get to know you.

Here at St Matthew's Lutheran parish, we’re one big family. We’re family because we’ve all been adopted by our heavenly Father in our baptism. Our baptism gives us a common identity. As a family, we worship, grow and give.

We’re also part of a larger church family, the Lutheran Church of Australia. We're under the pastoral care of the pastors of the Lutheran Church of Australia and the leadership of Pastor Allan Taruste.

St Matthew’s Lutheran parish ministers to parishioners at our church in the Central Coast district.

Our parish property consists of our beautiful St Matthew’s church following a move of location from West Gosford in 2012, and it was renovated in 2017.

It is used frequently as a church; a meeting place for groups within the parish for education; a prayer space; and for social activities.
