Our parish is a traditional liturgical-based Lutheran service, where we enjoy hymn singing and the opportunity to have a sung service as we celebrate God’s word.
Periodically we have a lay reader service which allows us to experience a prayerful service with very often a terrific sermon!
After Sunday worship you are also invited to join us for morning tea.

Southern Cross Finnish Lutheran Church
The Finnish Lutheran congregation was founded in 1964. At some point there was also another Finnish Lutheran congregation in Sydney area; however, from 2007 there has been only one Finnish congregation: the Southern Cross Finnish Lutheran congregation. It operates in a vast area, from Wollongong in the south to the Blue Mountains in the west and to the Central Coast in the north.
The Southern Cross Finnish Lutheran congregation is a member of the Lutheran Church of Australia. This is the same around the globe, as Finnish-speaking congregations usually are attached to local Lutheran churches.

Deutsche Evangelisch-Lutherische Kirche Sydney
Die deutsche evangelisch-lutherische Kirchengemeinde in Sydney ist seit 1866 ein Stück Heimat für deutsch-sprachige Christen in einer der schönsten Städte der Welt. Hier an der Ostküste Australiens spüren wir besonders, was das Psalmwort bedeutet: „Du stellst meine Füße auf weiten Raum.“ In den Gottesdiensten können wir spüren, dass wir auch hier am anderen Ende der Welt in Gottes Hand geborgen sind.
